Bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem pomáhajících pracovníků ve vybraném hospicovém zařízení ke smrti a jejich způsobem zvládání stresu z všudypřítomné smrti. Text práce je rozdělen do tří dílčích celků. The present bachelor thesis deals with the topic of people working with the terminally ill patients, their approach to death and their ways to manage higher levels of resultant stress. The text of the study is based on research performed in a chosen hospice and it is divided into three units.
