Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou ochrany hospodářských a pokusných zvířat. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy ze zákona č. 246/1992 Sb. na ochranu zvířat proti týrání, doplněné o právní a historické souvislosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on legal regulation of protection of farm and experimental animals. The first chapter defines the basic terms of the Act No. 246/1992 Coll. on the protection of animals against cruelty, whereas the legal and historical context is reflected as well.
