Managing taxes in the area of taxes on property transfer
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku daně z převodu nemovitostí a chování správce daně v souvislosti se správou této daně. Práce je zpracována ve dvou částech obecné a konkrétní. Nejdříve jsou vysvětleny obecné pojmy daně a správce daně, které dále přecházejí v konkrétní právní úpravu daně z převodu nemovitostí a průběh samotného daňového řízení.

My bachelor's work is aimed to characterization of the real estat-transfer tax and behaviour of the tax administrator regarding to administration of this tax. The work has been elaborated in two parts - a general part and a specific part.
