Monitoring factors of water pollution from satellite data
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sledování znečištění na Brněnské přehradě v podobě výskytu sinic a faktorů podmiňující jejich výskyt v letech 2018 a 2019. Množství sinic bylo určeno pomocí spektrálních indexů měřící odrazivost chlorofylu-a na satelitních datech z družic Sentinel 2 a Landsat 8 a validováno pomocí in-situ dat. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was monitoring water pollution at the Brno water reservoir in the form of cyanobacteria and factors determining their occurrence in 2018 and 2019. The amount of cyanobacteria was determined by using spectral indices measuring reflectance of chlorophyll-a on satellite data from Sentinel 2 and Landsat 8 satellites and validated using in-situ data.
