Abstract:

Diplomová práce je metodologicky koncipována jako teoretický typ práce mající rešeršní charakter, konkrétně se jedná a scoping review. Tato práce je zaměřena na zvládání stresové zátěže u sester na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Stresová zátěž je často skloňovaným problémem ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část práce nabízí nahlédnutí do problematiky stresu, stresových faktorů spojených s prací sestry na jednotkách intenzivní péče a psychohygieny. V empirické části jsem za pomoci pěti vědeckých databází vyhledala 1123 validních celosvětových studií. Základním krokem při hledání relevantních studií bylo identifikovat klíčová slova formulovaná na základě předem stanovené review otázky. Pro tuto diplomovou práci byl zvolen typ otázky účinnosti, která má za úkol zjistit, které intervence jsou účinné pro sestry z jednotek intenzivní péče. Vyhledané studie byly následně blíže prozkoumávány a na základě duplicity a dalších vyřazovacích kritérií bylo zařazeno 12 studií do konečného souboru relevantních zdrojů. Výsledky dílčích studií jsou sepsány v přehledové tabulce. Na závěr bych chtěla poukázat na to, že většina intervencí, které měly výborné výsledky, byly edukačního směru.

Abstract:

The thesis is methodologically conceived as a theoretical type of work having a research character, specifically a scoping review. This thesis focuses on the management of stress load in nurses in intensive care units. Stress load is a frequently inflected problem in health care. The theoretical part of the thesis offers insights into stress, stress factors associated with the work of a nurse in intensive care units and psychohygiene. In the empirical part, I searched 1123 valid worldwide studies using five scientific databases. The basic step in searching for relevant studies was to identify keywords formulated based on a predetermined review question. For this thesis, the type of effectiveness question was chosen to identify which interventions are effective for critical care nurses. The retrieved studies were then examined in more detail and based on duplication and other exclusion criteria, 12 studies were included in the final set of relevant sources. The results of the sub-studies are summarized in the summary table. In conclusion, I would like to point out that most of the interventions that had excellent results were educational in nature.
