Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá diverzity managementem ve vybrané organizaci v ČR a návrhem vhodných doporučení pro jeho zefektivnění včetně nákladů implementace do podnikové kultury. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení diverzity managementu ve vybrané organizaci, návrh vhodných doporučení pro jeho lepší fungování a zefektivnění řízení lidských zdrojů, včetně nákladů implementace do podnikové kultury.Dílčím cílem je informovat management o možnostech, jak se vypořádat s problémy, týkajícími se rozdílnosti. Doporučení budou zaměřena na tři oblasti diverzity managementu, age management, gender management a také na work life balance. Výzkum je rozdělen na dvě části. V první části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum, pomocí metody semistrukturovaného rozhovoru s vybranými pracovníky z různých oddělení. Druhá část se věnuje kvantitativnímu výzkumu, který je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V poslední části práce jsou navržena doporučení pro efektivní aplikaci diverzity managementu do podnikové kultury.

Kmentová, L. Diversity management in a selected organization in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the diversity of management in a selected organization in the Czech Republic and the proposal of suitable recommendations for its streamlining, including the costs of implementation into the corporate culture. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the diversity of management in a selected organization, design appropriate recommendations for its better functioning and streamline human resource management, including the cost of implementation into the corporate culture. The partial goal is to inform the management about the possibilities of dealing with problems related to diversity. The recommendations will focus on three areas of management diversity, age management, gender management and also on work life balance. The research is divided into two parts. In the first part, qualitative research is performed, using the method of semi-structured interview with selected employees from various departments. The second part is devoted to quantitative research, which is carried out using a questionnaire survey. In the last part of the work, recommendations for the effective application of management diversity to corporate culture are proposed
