Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je porovnanie a vyhodnotenie inovatívnych gastronomických konceptov v ČR a na Slovensku. Zameriame sa pri tom na konečného spotrebiteľa. Budeme hodnotiť jedinečnosť konceptu, diverzifikáciu produktu, charakteristiku každého konceptu, kvalitu, cenovú hladinu a preferencie zákazníka v rámci rozhodovacieho procesu pri výbere konceptu.
