Psychiatric patient in pre-hospital care

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednávala o problematice psychiatrického pacienta v přednemocniční péči. Práce byla zaměřena na nejčastěji vyskytující se druhy psychiatrických onemocnění v přednemocniční péči, znalosti a zkušenosti výjezdových skupin s takovýmito pacienty. Práce byla rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretickou část a empirickou část. V teoretické části bylo psáno o nejčastějších psychiatrických onemocněních, diagnostice a zásadách komunikace s psychiatrickým pacientem v přednemocniční péči. V části empirické se analyzovaly výsledky dotazníkového šetření od 70 respondentů. Výsledky byly statisticky zpracovány v tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis dealt with the issue of psychiatric patient in pre-hospital care. The thesis was focused on the most frequently occurring psychiatric disorders in pre-hospital care, knowledges and experience of ambulance teams with such patients. The thesis was split into two parts. Theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part has been written about the most common psychiatric disorders, diagnosis and principles of communicating with psychiatric patients in prehospital care. In the empirical part, results of the filled questionare obtained from 70 respondents was analysed. Those results were processed and reported statistically in charts and graphs.
