Anotace Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza trendů elektronické obsluhy bankovních klientů. V úvodu je vymezen pojem elektronického bankovnictví, které je alokováno na poli finančního systému. The topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis bank client´s eletronic operation trends. In the introduction there is defined a notion of eletronic banking which has been allocated in the financial system field. There is briefly summed up its historical development and is gone to its boundary by the legislative scope.
