Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá alternativními školami a antiautoritativním modelem výchovy dětí. Práce popisuje obecné myšlenky alternativní výchovy a vzdělávání, především se ale zaměřuje na historii, myšlenku, strukturu a způsob fungování anglické internátní školy Summerhill. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části této práce se pak věnují také popisu škol založených na stejném principu vyučování a výchovy jako Summerhill. Empirická část této práce se věnuje výzkumu a srovnání názorů učitelů a žáků na jednotlivé principy uplatňované na škole Summerhill a zavedení podobného typu školy v České republice.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with alternative schools and anti-authoritative model of education for children. The thesis describes the general ideas of alternative education, but primarily focuses on the history, the idea of the structure and functioning English boarding school Summerhill. The last chapter of this work describe the another schools based on the same principle of teaching and education as Summerhill. The empirical part of this work is devoted to research and comparison of answers of teachers and pupils about principles applied at Summerhill School and the introduction of a similar type of school in the Czech Republic.
