Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem privilegovaných závětí v současném právním řádu. Práce zkoumá znovuobnovení tohoto institutu v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník a zaměřuje se na analýzu záměrů zákonodárců a dalších faktorů, které formovaly současnou podobu. V práci je dále věnována pozornost praktickým možnostem a vhodnosti uplatnění privilegovaných závětí v reálné aplikační praxi. …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the institution of privileged wills in the current legal system. The thesis examines the re-establishment of this institute in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and focuses on the analysis of the legislators' intentions and other factors that have shaped the current form.
