A higher form of control of food safety standards, according to the IFS(international food standards) in the company PT servis cannery spol. s.r.o.

Abstract:

S poválečným rozvojem potravinářského průmyslu a začínající globalizací obchodu jako je obchodováním se zeměmi třetího světa, se okolo 60 let začala vyžadovat kvalita a bezpečnost potravin. Z tohoto důvodu se začínají vytvářet systémy jako HACCP a jemu podobné, dalším vývojem událostí jako je pád železné opony, vstup do schengenského prostoru a evropské unie se musí zlepšovat i systémy kontrol pro výrobu a distribuci potravin pro obyvatelstvo. Největší tlak na výrobce pro zavedení systémů kontrol je vyvíjen ze strany velkých prodejců, resp. řetězců jako je Tesco, Kaufland a jiné. Vliv těchto řetězců je tak velký, že vyžadují zavedení přísnějších systémů kontrol, něž vyžaduje legislativa daného státu a záleží pouze na výrobních firmách, zda se budou držet pouze legislativy nebo podlehnou tlaku řetězců na zavedení norem jako je třeba norma IFS a tím může dojít ke zvýšení výroby a následnému prodeji výrobků.

Abstract:

With the post-war development of the food industry and emerging globalization of trade, such as trafficking in third world countries, at about the sixties, began to be required food quality and safety. For this reason are created systems such as e. g. HACCP. Followed by another circumstances as the fall of the Iron Curtain, the entrance into the Schengen Area and to the European Union - the control systems for production and distribution of food to the population must be improved. The greatest pressure for introduction of new control systems is exerted on producers on the part by major vendors, respectively chains such as Tesco, Kaufland and others. The influence of these chains is so large that they require introduction of tighter control systems than required by the legislation of the state and depends only on manufacturing firms, whether they follow the law or just succumb to the pressure of these chains to set standards such as e. g. the IFS and this way may increase the production and subsequent sale of products.
