Abstract:
Práce se zabývá myšlenkou panarabismu a dále sleduje její realizaci na Blízkém východě ve dvacátém století. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na dění v Egyptě a na přední osobnost panarabismu Gamala Abd an-Nassera. Popisuje jeho činy, a to jak uvnitř Egypta, tak i mimo něj. Druhá část práce popisuje vznik, existenci a rozpad Sjednocené arabské republiky a ostatních podobných vzniklých státních spojení.
Abstract:
This graduation thesis treats of the idea of panarabism and studies its realization in Middle East during 20th century. In details it focuses on the modern history of Egypt and the principal person of panarabism Gamal Abd an-Nasser. It describes his acts not only inside Egypt, but also outside in other Arab countries.
