Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou desikace želvušek druhu Hypsibius exemplaris. Cílem práce bylo otestovat vliv vybraných faktorů na vitalitu re-hydratovaných želvušek po desikaci. Předpokládané faktory, které by vitalitu želvušek ovlivňovaly, byly doba desikace, vzdušná vlhkost, vysoušecí platforma a teplota během desikace. Práce je rozdělena na rešeršní a experimentální část. Abstract:
This thesis studied the desiccation of the water bears Hypsibius exemplaris and tested the effect of certain factors on the vitality of re-hydrated water bears after desiccation. The factors researched included desiccation time, relative humidity, desiccation platform and temperature during desiccation.
