Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku znalosti první pomocí u trenérů gymnastiky, kteří působí v různých organizacích. Teoretická část informuje o gymnastice, gymnastických odvětvích a organizace pod kterými lze trénovat. Další kapitola je zaměřená na první pomoc při úrazových a neúrazových stavech. Praktická část je realizována pomocí průzkumného šetření ve čtyřech organizacích - v České obci sokolské, České gymnastické federaci, Českém svazu gymnastických sportů a Slovenské gymnastické federaci. V závěru jsou výsledky šetření a vzájemné porovnání znalostí první pomoci u trenérů gymnastiky z různých organizací. Součástí praktické části je také návod pro poskytnutí základní první pomoci trenérům gymnastiky.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of first aid knowledge for gymnastics trainers who work in various organizations. The theoretical part informs about gymnastics, gymnastic branches and organizations under which you can train. The next chapter is focused on first aid in accident and non-accident conditions. The practical part is implemented through an exploratory survey in four organizations - the Czech Sokol Community, the Czech Gymnastics Federation, the Czech Gymnastics Sports Association and the Slovak Gymnastics Federation. In the end, the results of the survey and the mutual comparison of first aid knowledge of gymnastics trainers from different organizations. The practical part also includes instructions for providing basic first aid to gymnastics trainers.
