Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit spokojenost žen s prenatální péčí a zda měly sociodemografické údaje, harmonogram prenatálních kontrol, čas strávený v čekárně, čas trávený s poskytovatelem prenatální péče, informace obdržené od poskytovatele prenatální péče a edukace provedená poskytovatelem prenatální péče vliv na spokojenost žen s prenatální péčí. Metodika: Výzkumu se účastnilo 117 žen, které byly hospitalizované v období prosinec 2022 až březen 2023 na oddělení šestinedělí v nemocnici krajského typu. Ke sběru dat byl využit dotazník o 24 položkách Posouzení vnímané kvality péče. Data byla zpracována v programu Statistika 14. Výsledky: S prenatální péčí bylo velmi spokojeno více jak polovina dotazovaných žen (50,43 %). Spokojeno bylo celkem 45,30 % žen. 4,27 % žen uvedlo, že bylo s prenatální péčí, která jim byla v průběhu těhotenství poskytnuta nespokojeno. Výzkumem nebyl potvrzený vliv sociodemografických údaji (věk, vzdělání, parita) na spokojenost žen s prenatální péčí. Bylo zjištěno, že na spokojenost žen s prenatální péčí má vliv čas strávený v čekárně, čas strávený v ordinaci poskytovatele prenatální péče, podané informace o vlastním zdraví, testech, léčbě/zákrocích a porodu. Dále bylo zjištěno, že edukace ohledně netypických stavů v těhotenství je pro spousty žen důležitá. Závěr: Spokojenost s prenatální péčí může být jedním z faktorů ovlivňující těhotenství, porod a šestinedělí. Proto je vhodné zjišťovat, jak jsou ženy spokojeny s prenatální péčí.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the thesis was to find out women's satisfaction with prenatal care and whether socio-demographic data, prenatal check-up schedule, time spent in the waiting room, time spent with the prenatal care provider, information received from the prenatal care provider and education provided by the prenatal care provider had an effect on women's satisfaction with prenatal care. Methodology: The research involved 117 women who were hospitalized between December 2022 and March 2023 in the puerperium department of a regional hospital. A 24-item questionnaire Assessment of perceived quality of care was used to collect data. The data were processed in the Statistics 14 program. Results: More than half of the interviewed women (50,43 %) were very satisfied with prenatal care. A total of 45,30 % of women were satisfied. 4.27 % of women reported that they were dissatisfied with the prenatal care provided to them during pregnancy. The research did not confirm the influence of sociodemographic data (age, education, parity) on women's satisfaction with prenatal care. Time spent in the waiting room, time spent in the prenatal care provider's office, information provided women's health, tests, treatments/procedures and delivery were found to influence women's satisfaction with prenatal care. Furthermore, it was found that education regarding atypical conditions in pregnancy is important for many women and that in case of existing concerns, reassuring information is important for women. Conclusion: Satisfaction with prenatal care can be one of the factors influencing pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Therefore, it is appropriate to find out how satisfied women are with prenatal care.
