Práce mapuje důsledky uzákonění asistované smrti v Oregonu. V prvních dvou kapitolách představuje oregonskou legální úpravu této praktiky a zabývá se možnými obavami z její implementace. The thesis maps the effects of the legalization of physician assisted death in Oregon. First two parts introduce Oregon’s assisted death law and deal with potential concerns about its implementation.
