Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma dědického práva. Teoretická část práce zkoumá institut dědického titulu a jeho vliv na velikost dědického podílu. Zabývá se historií dědického práva a jeho vývojem. Druhým zkoumaným institutem je trojice právních jednání, jejich důsledek a uplatnění v praxi – zřeknutí se dědického práva, vzdání se dědického práva a odmítnutí dědického práva. Praktická část práce staví na teoretickém výkladu předchozí části a ukazuje na simulovaném případu jednotlivé výpočty dědických podílů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of inheritence law. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the institute of inheritence title and its influence on the size of the inheritence share. It deals with the history of inheritance law and its progression. The second institute examined is the three legal acts, their consequence and application in practice – renunciation of succession right, alienation of inheritence, refusal of inheritence. The practical part of the work builds on the theoretical interpretation of the previous part and shows the simulated case of individual calculations of inheritance shares.
