Fairy-tale aerobic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zařazením dětského aerobiku do hodin školní tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni ZŠ. V praktické části jsme vytvořili metodický materiál pro učitele, ale i pro trenéry, cvičitele … Rádi bychom přiblížili aerobic dětem zábavnou a hravou formou. Vhodně je motivovali pohádkou nebo příběhem a zároveň vše spojili se základními kroky aerobiku.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the inclusion of children's hours of aerobics in school physical education for 1 primary school. In the practical part, we created a methodical materials for teachers, but also for coaches, trainers ... We approached aerobics children fun and playful way. Properly motivated is a fairy tale or story and an all together with the basic step aerobics
