Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou překážek v práci. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny další případy, kdy zaměstnanec nevykonává práci pro zaměstnavatele. Na to je navázána obecná charakteristika překážek v práci. Následně jsou z pohledu právní úpravy vymezeny překážky na straně zaměstnance, na které navazují překážky na straně zaměstnavatele. This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of obstacles at work. Tehere are defined other cases when the employee does not perform work for the employer.
