Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzpomínkami českých žen na život v ghettu Terezín, kam byly deportovány během druhé světové války. Sledován bude vybraný vzorek audiovizuálních svědectví, která jsou zpřístupněna v Centru vizuální historie Malach. Diplomová práce bude tato svědectví analyzovat, sledovat rozdíly mezi výpověďmi jednotlivých žen, a následně je komparovat s dostupnými prameny, literaturou a výpověďmi uloženými na portálu Paměť národa. Práce by měla ukázat, jaký byl každodenní život v terezínském ghettu, jak se liší jednotlivé výpovědi a jaké jsou rozdíly v porovnání s vybranými dostupnými zdroji.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the memories of Czech women about life in the Terezín ghetto, where they were deported during the Second World War. A selected sample of audio visual testimonies which are available at the Malach Center for Visual History, will be inspected. The diploma thesis will analyze these testimonies and trace the differences between the testimonies stored on the Memory of the Nations portal. The work should present how was the everyday life like in the Terezín ghetto, how the individual statements differ and what are the differences in comparison with the selected available sources.
