Duties of a form teacher and form teacher' s work

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Třídnictví a třídnické práce učitele" se skládá z teoretické a průzkumné části. Teoretická část je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá rolí učitele. Druhá kapitola popisuje profesní start učitele a kariéru. Třetí kapitola uvádí stabilizaci učitelovy profese a další vzdělávání. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou zakotveny profesní kompetence učitele. Pátá kapitola podrobně popisuje kompetence organizační a řídící, včetně vedení dokumentace, třídních výkazů, vysvědčení a dalších zpráv. Šestá kapitola nastiňuje další pracovní náplně třídního učitele. Sedmá kapitola se zaměřuje na dotaz: "Co škola může kazit a vy jako třídní učitel vylepšovat?" Průzkumná část, která je zaměřena na třídnictví, popisuje výsledky mého průzkumu u učitelů na základní škole Jihomoravského kraje.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s thesis "Duties of a form teacher and form teacher´s work" consists of the theoretical part and the exploratory part. The theoretical part is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the role of the teacher. The second chapter describes professional beginning of the teacher and his career. The third chapter introduces stabilization of the teacher´s profession and further education. In the fourth chapter teacher´s skills and qualification are included. The fifth chapter describes organization and managed skills, namely, administration, leading, form reports, school reports, and other reports in details. The sixth chapter slightly indicates other work´s contents of the form teacher. The seventh chapter focuses on question: "What can school spoil and what you can do as a form teacher to refine it?" The exploratory part focuses on duties of a form teacher including the description of result regarding my exploration among teachers at elementary school in South Moravian region.
