Survey of customer satisfaction and needs

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku průzkumu spokojenosti a požadavků zákazníka. Teoretická část objasňuje související témata, jako např. marketingové výzkumy, zdroje informací, metodiky a postupy pro měření a výzkum spokojenosti a požadavků zákazníka. Na zkoumaném podniku, kterým je společnost Pražské služby, a.s., je uplatněn průzkum spokojenosti a požadavků formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledná data jsou vyhodnocena a interpretována. Součástí práce jsou i doporučení a návrhy možných opatření pro řešení identifikovaných požadavků a oblastí nespokojenosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the survey of customer satisfaction and needs. Theoretical part of thesis explains related topics, such as marketing research, information sources, methods and guidelines for measuring and researching customer satisfaction and needs. Research was applied on the company Pražské služby, a.s. focused on customer satisfaction and needs through a questionnaire. Final results are assessed and interpreted. The thesis contains recommendations and suggestions of possible corrective actions in order to resolve identified requirements and areas of dissatisfaction.
