Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obecný význam pojmu knowledge management a jeho teorii. Pomocí odborné literatury je nastíněna jeho historie, základní pojmy, lidský a intelektuální kapitál. The bachelor thesis focuses on the general meaning of the concept of knowledge management and its theory. The technical literature describes its history, basic concepts, human and intellectual capital. Subsequently, various tools and methodologies are introduced to manage knowledge through IT.
