The Analysis of a Decrease of Entrepreneurs Administrative Burden

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu snižování administrativní zátěže v návaznosti na Usnesení vlády České republiky ze dne 11. července 2007 č. 759 k Analýze administrativní zátěže podnikatelů. Úkol snižování administrativní zátěže vyplývá prvotně z rozhodnutí Evropské rady pro Evropskou unii jako pro celek a některé členské státy, jako například pro Českou republiku. Česká republika se zavázala, že sníží administrativní zátěž o 10 % do roku 2010. V diplomové práci se budeme zabývat právními předpisy, které nejvýznamněji dopadají na podnikatelský sektor a zhodnocovat snižování administrativní zátěže u 6-ti ministerstev, jež přinášejí největší administrativní těžkosti.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis is going to be committed to investigation of decreasing of administration burden in accordance with the Decree of the Czech Republic government dated July 11, 2007 ? 759 on Analysis of the Administration burden of entrepreneurs. The objective, of decreasing the administrative burden, chiefly results from a decision of the European Council of the European Union and is focused on the whole European Union as well as on some member countries. The Czech Republic undertook to reduce the administrative burden by 10 % until the year 2010. It this diploma thesis, we are going to discuss legal regulations that have the biggest negative impacts on business environment and, furthermore, to evaluate the decreasing of the administrative burden at each of the six ministries which bring the greatest administrative difficulties.
