The Comparison Of Active Fatherhood´s Assistance In The Czech Republic And Nordic Countries Since The 1970´s until present

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem podpory aktivního otcovství a jeho komparací na příkladu severských zemí – Finska, Švédska, Norska, Dánska a Islandu a České republiky v období od sedmdesátých let minulého století po současnost. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza vývoje systému podpory aktivního otcovství a jeho současné podoby v severských zemích a v České republice a následný návrh na možná zlepšení podpory aktivního otcovství v ČR.Fenomén aktivního otcovství je představen obecně spolu se změnami otcovské role v průběhu historie. Práce seznamuje s vývojem opatření v daných státech, zasazuje pojem aktivního otcovství do rodinné politiky dané země a zjišťuje, jaké faktory stojí za jejich rozdíly. Práce taktéž analyzuje současnou podobu a přináší výsledky, kterých dané země od zavedení dosahují. V závěru práce navrhuje opatření a možnosti, které by mohli být inspirací pro rozvoj podpory aktivního otcovství v České Republice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of support for active fatherhood and its comparison on the example of the Nordic countries - Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland and the Czech Republic from the 1970s to the present. The main aim of this work is to analyze the development of the system of active fatherhood and its current form in the Nordic countries and the Czech Republic and the subsequent proposal for possible improvement of the support of active fatherhood in the Czech Republic.The phenomenon of active fatherhood is introduced in general along with changes in the father's role throughout history. The thesis introduces the development of measures in the given countries, promotes the concept of active fatherhood in the country's family policy and identifies the factors behind their differences. The work also analyzes the current form and brings the results that the countries have achieved since the introduction. At the end of the thesis, she proposes measures and possibilities that could be the inspiration for the development of support for active fatherhood in the Czech Republic.
