ImageJ plugin for correcting chromatic shifts
Abstract:
Cílem práce byla implementace algoritmu pro měření a korekci barevné vady v mikroskopických snímcích pořízených pomocí fluorescenčních mikroskopů. Algoritmus byl implementován jako plugin pro použití v programu ImageJ. V rámci práce byla také vytvořená webová stránka se stručným popisem pluginu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to implement algorithm for measurement and correction of chromatic aberrations in microscopic images, acquired with fluorescent microscopes. The algorithm was implemented for using as plugin for ImageJ. Web page with short description of plugin was also created.
