Anotácia:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Implementation of Innovation: Challenges & Solutions” is to recommend the practices crucial for the effective implementation of innovation into a company. The first part of the thesis provides the Introduction and the literature review, based on which the theoretical construct for this paper is created. The theoretical construct displays the innovation processes over the time and implementation process of innovation, comprising the influencers of practical implementation and challenges that occur while implementing innovation. The final part of the thesis provides the discussions & recommendations and sets the research as a benchmark for the prospective companies to aid them in enhancing their innovation process and implementing the innovation successfully in their organization.
