The study of anticorrosion efficiency of ferrites with different morphology of pigment particles in the organic coatings

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci byla nejprve vypracována rešerše na téma antikorozní pigmenty se zaměřením na pigmenty feritového typu. Dále jsou uvedeny metody přípravy, zkoumání vlastností a zkoušek připravených pigmentů. Následuje rozsáhlá kapitola zkoumající vlastnosti připravených nátěrových hmot a jejich chování v různém korozním prostředí. Na závěr jsou uvedeny výsledky jednotlivých měření a porovnání rozdílů korozní ochrany mezi jednotlivými nátěry, které byly připraveny z různých typů pigmentů.

Abstract:

In this thesis, research on the topic of anticorrosion pigments with the focus on the type of ferrite pigments was developed first. The following are the methods of preparation, studying of properties and pigments prepared. Next chapter deals with the properties of the prepared coatings and with their properties in various corrosive environments. Finally the results of individual measurements and comparison of the differences in the corrosion protection of each coating, which were prepared from various types of pigments, are mentioned.
