Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je pacient s krvácením do gastrointestinálního traktu (GIT). Cílem této práce je posoudit schopnosti adekvátního ošetření pacienta s podezřením na krvácení do GIT u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků a zmapovat úroveň znalostí a provedení fyzikálního vyšetření u pacienta s podezřením na krvácení do GIT. V práci jsou také uvedeny některé možnosti diagnostiky a následné léčby u pacientů s krvácením do GIT. Zároveň se v bakalářské práci snažím pomocí dotazníkového šetření zhodnotit úroveň znalostí nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v této oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje objasnění základní terminologie a klasifikace krvácení do GIT. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány základní projevy krvácení do GIT a možnosti správné diagnostiky. Praktická část byla prováděná formou dotazníkového šetření u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, kteří jsou zaměstnání na ZZS Moravskoslezského kraje, na Oddělení centrálního příjmu s Emergency (CPE) Městské nemocnice v Ostravě a na Oddělení centrálního příjmu Fakultní nemocnice v Ostravě (UP FNO).

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a patient with bleeding into the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Main target of the practical part was to search abilities of adequate treatment in case of patient with gastrointestinal bleeding and the level of knowledge and doing right physical examination of non-medical healthcare professionals by patient with gastrointestinal bleeding. The work also presents some possibilities of diagnosis and subsequent treatment in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. At the same time, in my bachelor thesis I try to use a questionnaire survey to assess the level of knowledge of health professionals in this area. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to clarifying the basic terminology and classification of gastrointestinal bleeding. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the basic manifestations of gastrointestinal bleeding and the possibility of proper diagnosis. The practical part was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey of nonmedical health workers, who are employed at the Ambulance of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the Department of Central Admission in the University Hospital in Ostrava and the Department of Central Admission with Emergency in the City Hospital in Ostrava. The questionnaire consisted of 19 questions and evaluates basic knowledge in the field of physical examination and pharmacotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
