Abstract:

Hlavním tématem předkládané bakalářské práce je problematika znovuzavedení trestu smrti. Pojednávám zde o historii, problematice a argumentech, které trest smrti podporují, či odmítají. Cílem praktické části je zjistit názory vybraných jedinců na trest smrti. Přílohou bakalářské práce je mnou vytvořený nestandardizovaný dotazník.

Abstract:

The main topic of Bachelor thesis is a question of death penalty reimposition. I am taking into account the history, questions and arguments either supporting or refusing death penalty reimposition. The objective of practical part seems to be to find out attitudes of chosen individuals towards death penalty. The attachment of Bachelor thesis is questionnaire which was elaborated by me.
