Abstract:
Gen BRCA1 kóduje multifunkční nádorový supresor, protein BRCA1, který je zapojený do regulace buněčných procesů jako jsou buněčný cyklus, transkripce, opravy poškozené DNA a přestavby chromatinu. Protein BRCA1 se nachází především v buněčném jádře, interaguje s řadou proteinů a s různými typy DNA. Gene BRCA1 encodes a multifunctional tumor suppressor protein BRCA1, which is involved in regulation of cellular processes such as cell cycle, transcription, DNA repair and chromatin remodeling. BRCA1 protein, located primarily in cell nuclei, interacts with multiple proteins and various DNA targets.
