Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření vyskytující se u dentálních hygienistek a zubních lékařů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of burnout syndrome oc-curring in dental hygienists and dentists. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the factual facts regarding this issue are described. One chapter also deals with the con-nection between stress and the emergence of burnout syndrome.
