Nursing process for clients with chronic wounds(venous ulceration).

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelský proces u klientů s chronickými ránami (Bércovým vředem). Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Práce začíná úvodem do problematiky chronických ran a bércových vředů. Teoretická část je nejprve zaměřena na anatomický popis kůže, funkci kůže, dále na pojem chronická rána a druhy chronických ran. Po seznámení s pojmem chronická rána se v této části zabývám samotným bércovým vředem, kde jsou nastíněna různé témata, jako jsou příčiny bércových vředů, dělení bércových vředů, diagnostika bércových vředů, preventivní opatření a druhy léčebných metod. Důležitou součástí mé práce je ošetřovatelská péče u klientů trpící tímto onemocněním. Cílem výzkumné části je ošetřovatelským výzkumem posoudit a zhodnotit kvalitu života lidí s bércovým vředem a dodržování léčebných opatření související s tímto onemocněním.

Abstract:

My baccalaureate thesis is focused on the Nursing process of clients with chronic wounds (venous ulceration). This baccalaureate thesis is divided in two main parts, the theoretic one and the practical one. The issue of chronic wounds and of venous ulcerations introduces this thesis. First of all, the theoretic part is focused on the anatomic description of skin, its function, terms of chronic wound and kinds of chronic wounds. After these terms presentation, I follow the venous ulceration topic, with different themes, division of venous ulcerations, preventive actions and kinds of curative methods. The nursing care of clients suffering from this disease is an important part of my thesis. The research part was targeted, via the nursing research, to consider and evaluate the quality of life of people suffering from venous ulcerations and to observe the curative methods related to this disease.
