Cieľom tejto práce je analýza dôvodov využitia exotických opcií podnikateľskými subjektmi. Prvé kapitoly poskytujú všeobecný náhľad do problematiky finančných derivátov a exotických opcií. Ďalšie kapitoly sa venujú charakteristike vybraných typov exotických opcií s praktickými príkladmi ich využitia v českom podnikateľskom prostredí.
