Utilising of new sequencing methods in aDNA analysis
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme problematice práce s archaickou DNA, její kvalitě a kvantitě ve vzorku, nebezpečím kontaminace, protikontaminačním opatřením a verifikaci výsledků. V práci je uveden přehled některých hlavně komerčně využívaných sekvenačních metod a jejich aplikací, především pro analýzu archaické DNA.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we study issues of working with ancient DNA, its quality and quantity in the sample, contamination risks, anti-contamination precautions and result verification. Thesis gives an overview of some mainly commercially used sequencing methods and their applications, especially for the analysis of ancient DNA.
