Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zhodnocuje efektivitu výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti na montážní lince. Hodnotí se současný stav zásobování výrobní linky a s tím i úzce spjatých činností. Vzhledem k cílům a hodnotám společnosti sleduje také stav plnění metody štíhlé výroby (5S a zhodnocení plýtvání) a úroveň ergonomie pracovních postupů. The bachelor thesis deals with the efficiency of the production process in the selected company on the assembly line. The current supply conditions of the production line and with it the closely related activities.
