Use of forensic psychology in criminal law

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou užití forenzní psychologie v trestním právu. Práce je rozdělena do devíti kapitol a čtyř hlavních částí. První část se zaobírá problematikou forenzní psychologie, její historií a metodami a vědami, které s ní souvisí, jako viktimologie a behaviorální analýza. Druhá část je zaměřena na vymezení trestného činu se zaměřením na trestný čin vraždy a dělení vražd. Třetí část se zabývá pachatelem trestného činu z hlediska trestního práva, z hlediska jeho osobnosti a typologie a poslední čtvrtá část spočívá ve vymezení dvou příkladů sériových vrahů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the use of forensic psychology in criminal law. The thesis is divided into nine chapters and four main parts. The first part deals with the issue of forensic psychology it is history and methods and sciences related to it such as victimology and behavioral analysis. The second part is focused on the definition of a crime with a focus on the crime of murder and division of murders. The third part deals with the offender in terms of criminal law in terms of his personality and typology and the last fourth part consists of two examples of serial killers.
