Abstract:
Bakalářská práce poskytuje ucelený právní pohled na právní úpravu problematiky prodlení dlužníka v občanském právu, spolu s následky, které tento problém provázejí. Podrobněji jsou popsány závazkové právní vztahy, vztahy dlužníka a věřitele, neplnění závazků a následné sankce dle zákona.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive legal insight into legal provision regarding debtor's delay in civil rights, along with consequences accompanying this problem. Described in detail: contractual relations, relations of debtors and creditors, failure to meet commitments, subsequent sanctions and extreme resolutions of claims.
