Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá spojitostí rakoviny prsu s BRCA geny, miRNA a metylací DNA. V první části se práce věnuje obecně rakovině prsu. Dále BRCA genům, které při tomto onemocnění hrají velkou roli a epigenetickými markery, mezi které patří miRNA, metylace DNA a metylace histonů. V druhé části se práce věnuje právě spojitosti rakoviny prsu s BRCA geny, miRNA a metylací DNA.Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with relationship between breast cancer and BRCA genes, miRNA and DNA methylation. The first part describes breast cancer, BRCA genes which play a large role in this disease ans epigenetic markers that include miRNA, DNA methylation and histone methylation.
