V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vysvětlení základních pojmů, popisuji historii etiky. Etika v podnikání by měla být součástí firmy, jež usiluje o kultivaci podnikatelského prostředí. Převážná část práce je věnována významu studia podnikatelské etiky. Popisuje ekonomické důvody k etickému chování firmy a podrobně rozebírá problematiku aplikace manažerské etiky. In the theoretical part I am explaining the basic concepts and describing the history of ethics. Business ethics should be part of a company that strives to cultivate an entrepreneurial environment.
