Abstract:

Hlavní cíl práce je zhodnotit vybrané metody strojového učení pro rozpoznání anomálií v mailových datových záznamech vygenerovaných systémem DLP firmy Safetica. S přesunem zpracování dat do digitální sféry se dohled nad vnitřními hrozbami a citlivými daty stává stále více složitým. Vyhodnocené byly metody s učitelem i bez učitele. Byly vybrány, popsány a vyhodnoceny dva shlukovací algoritmy a tři klasifikační algoritmy. Konkrétně se jedná o metody CLARA a K-prototypes, co se učení bez učitele týče, a Support Vector Machine, Random Decision Forest a Logistical Regression, co se učení s učitelem týče.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate selected machine learing methods for identifying anomalies in email dataflows obtained by the Safetica DLP solution. Since the processing of data has transformed into the digital sphere, monitoring insider threats as well as the movement of sensitive information has become increasingly difficult. Both unsupervised and supervised approaches are utilized. Two clustering algorithms and three classification algorithms were selected, described and evaluated. Namely, the explored methods are CLARA and K-prototypes for the unsupervised approaches and Support Vector Machine, Random Decision Forest and Logistical Regression for the supervised approaches.
