Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit oblíbenost a znalost pivních speciálů v Moravskoslezském a Olomouckém kraji a jejich konzumace. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje historii pivovarnictví, suroviny pro výrobu a technologii výroby piva,rozdělení piv podle způsobu kvašení. Druhá část je věnována pivovarům Severní Moravy, jejich historii i současnosti a pivním speciálům. Ve třetí části následuje doporučení na zlepšení situace v oblasti pivních speciálů a jejich uložení do povědomí lidí.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor´s dissertation is to discover the popularity and the knowledge of special beers and their consumption in Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc regions. The dissertation is divided into three parts. The first one describes the history of brewing, the ingredients and technologies for production and the sorting of beers according to mean of fermentation. The second part focuses on breweries in northern Moravia, their history and present and special beers. In the third part, there is a recommendation to make improvement in the area of special beers and their placing in people´s minds.
