Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je zhodnotit dosavadní trestněprávní úpravu způsobení vlastního úpadku. Mnou navrhované řešení, tedy zavedení nového trestného činu do právního řádu České republiky, k zamezení nebo alespoň k co největší eliminaci nekalých praktik některých podnikatelů, je jistě správným řešením.
Abstract:
The aim of my work is to evaluate the existing criminal legislation causing its own bancruptcy. Also closer to a situation where the decline may be caused by another person and it is manifestly groundless filing an insolvency petition.
