Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Řízení vybraného podnikového procesu" se podrobněji zaměřuje na řízení nákladů v konkrétní stavební firmě, a to především z hlediska zpracovávání nabídek. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout opatření, která by potenciálně mohla vést k úspoře nákladů v této oblasti a tím ke zlepšení hospodářského výsledku společnosti. Rešeršní část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku stavebního podniku, řízení jeho nákladů a problematiku rozpočtů. V případové studii bakalářské práce jsou podrobněji analyzovány podnikové procesy a finanční situace podniku. Na základě provedených analýz jsou identifikovány nedostatky a navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení situace podniku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Management of a selected business process" focuses in more detail on costs in a company, primarily from the point of view of processing offers. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose measures to a specific company that could potentially lead to cost savings and thereby improve the company's economic results. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the characteristics of the construction company, its costs and the issue of budgets. In the case study of the bachelor thesis, business processes and the financial situation of the company are analyzed in more detail. On the basis of the performed analyses, deficiencies are identified and measures leading to the improvement of the company's situation are proposed.
