Anotácia:

Obsahem této práce je analýza a následný výběr vhodného financování investičního záměru realizovaný vybraným podnikem. Vyhodnocení různých forem financování a následný výběr ideální možnosti bude nezbytným podkladem pro efektivnost investice. V teoretické části je popsáno financování obecně, spolu se základními pojmy a bilančními pravidly. Dále je popsáno, jaké zdroje lze k financování využít včetně alternativních zdrojů financování. Praktická část se zabývá samotným podnikem. Pracuje se zde s konkrétními údaji a daty, které jsou nezbytné pro určení finanční situace podniku a vyhodnocení ideální formy financování. Stručná finanční analýza podniku, spolu s analýzou různých forem financování patří mezi zásadní body zkoumání. Hlavním záměrem a zároveň výstupem z mé práce je posouzení možných forem financování investičního záměru.

Abstract:

The content of this thesis is analysis and subsequent selection of suitable financing for the investment project implemented by the selected company. The evaluation of various forms of financing and subsequent selection of the ideal option will be necessary basis for the effectiveness of the investment. In the theoretical part, financing is described in general, along with basic terms and balance rules. It also describes what sources can be used for financing, including alternative sources of financing. The practical part deals with the company itself. We work here with specific information and data that are necessary to determinate the financial situation of the company and evaluate the ideal form of financing. A brief financial analysis of the company, together with the analysis of various forms of financing, are among the essential points of investigation. The main purpose and at the same time the output of my work is the assessment of possible forms of financing the invest plan.
