The Bachelor Thesis mainly deals with cognitive behavioral therapy of obesity. The first part briefly summarizes the epidemiology, etiology and diagnosis of obesity. The next section outlines basic knowledge of several popular dietary approaches; and finally, the last part is devoted to cognitive behavioral treatment of obesity and its application in a group by STOB company.
