Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu tepelného zpracovaní na vybrané vlastnosti slitiny AlSi7CrMnCu2,5. V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány vlastnosti hliníkových slévárenských slitin a vliv jednotlivých přísadových prvků a nečistot obsažených ve slitině na konkrétní mechanické i technologické vlastnosti s důrazem na prvky, které obsahuje slitina AlSi7CrMnCu2,5. Tepelné zpracování hliníkových slitin, které slouží zejména pro zvýšení mechanických vlastností, snížení vnitřního pnutí nebo ovlivnění způsobu rozložení prvků ve struktuře a především vytvrzování, které je nejpoužívanějším tepelným zpracováním pro slitiny hliníku s křemíkem a zároveň náplní této bakalářské práce. Dále jsou zde popsány metody zkoušení vlastností hliníkových slitin jako je tvrdost a zjišťování změn mikrostruktury zkoumaného materiálu. Druhá část práce obsahuje přípravu a realizaci experimentu, kde jsou informace o zkoumané slitině AlSi7CrMnCu2,5, použitých metodách a strojích. Navazují postupy práce, příprava vzorků, samotná měření a analýza naměřených hodnot. V závěru je shrnutí a zhodnocení vlivu tepelného zpracovaní na vybrané vlastnosti (tvrdost a struktura) zkoumané slitiny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the influence of heat treatment on selected properties of AlSi7CrMnCu2.5 alloy. The theoretical part of this work describes the properties of aluminum foundry alloys and the influence of individual additive elements and impurities contained in the alloy on specific mechanical and technological properties with emphasis on the elements contained in the alloy AlSi7CrMnCu2.5. Heat treatment of aluminum alloys, which serves mainly to increase mechanical properties, reduce internal stress or affect the way the elements are distributed in the structure and especially hardening, which is the most used heat treatment for aluminum-silicon alloys and also the content of this bachelor's thesis. Furthermore, methods for testing the properties of aluminum alloys such as hardness and detecting changes in the microstructure of the investigated material are described. The second part of the work contains the preparation and implementation of the experiment, where there is information about the investigated alloy AlSi7CrMnCu2.5, used methods and machines. Followed by work procedures, sample preparation, measurements themselves and analysis of measured values. Finally, there is a summary and evaluation of the influence of heat treatment on selected properties (hardness and structure) of the investigated alloy.
