Diplomová práce se soustředí na problematiku sousedských práv, jakožto jednoho z nejznámějších způsobů omezení práva vlastníka nemovité věci. Jejich zákonnou úpravu nalezneme v § 1013 a násl. zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of Neighbour Law as one of the most well-known ways of limitation on Ownership Rights of immovable property. Their legal regulation can be found in § 1013 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.
