ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF LIVING: COLIVING

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je nový alternativní způsob bydlení zvaný coliving, který je známý v zahraničí již mnoho let, ale v České republice se stává trendem až nyní. Jedná se o komunitní bydlení, které doposud v ČR neexistovalo. Práce identifikuje potenciál této formy bydlení pro český trh. Součástí práce je analýza současného stavu v České republice a porovnání se zahraničím. Dalším záměrem práce je na základě poznatků vytvoření návrh vhodného konceptu pro pražský trh s bydlením. Návrh obsahuje identifikaci cílové skupiny a marketingovou strategii.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is a new alternative way of living called coliving, which has been known abroad for many years, but is becoming a trend in the Czech Republic only now. This is community housing, which has not existed in the Czech Republic so far. The work identifies the potential of this form of housing for the Czech market. Part of the work is an analysis of the current situation in the Czech Republic and a comparison with abroad. Another aim of the work is to create a proposal for a suitable concept for the Prague housing market based on the findings. The proposal includes a feasibility study.
